    We get asked by clients about our project management software all the time.  They love the ease of use and the great functionlity.  We're going to let you in on a little secret...we didn't build it.  We use a suite of products from http://37signals.com and LOVE them.

    Basecamp is the project managment solution our clients comment on the most but we also use Highrise, Backpack, and Campfire.  The suite is VERY affordable at $99/month and saves us a ton of time!  We use it with all of our vendors, clients, partners.

    Wireframes are quick sketches of a User Interface (UI).  We LOVE balsamiq for our wireframe creation...it's fast, easy to use, and builds AWESOME looking UI mockups for our clients to review!

    Balsamiq
    We use mockups/wireframes to keep the design from destracting from the development.  As soon as you make a button blue, the client is destracted from the function/design and wants to understand why that button is blue.  So, we use wireframes to show a "sketch" of the UI with very little design.  We just want to get on the same page for layout, features, and function.  We'll pretty it up later ;)
